RMRDC ISO 9001: 2015 (QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) CERTIFICATION OF THE COUNCIL

The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation Project was initiated to institutionalize a culture of quality, process efficiency, and continual improvement across all operations of the Council. It involves documentation, standardization, and compliance monitoring in line with international quality management standards.

The Council successfully completed the external audit exercise for ISO 9001 certification exercise with no record of major or minor nonconformities. The external auditors have recommended Council for the ISO 9001 certification.
