Customer service charter objectives.
The main objective of the customer service charter is to provide a framework for defining service delivery standards, the rights of customers, and how complaints from customers will be handled. In addition to the above mentioned objective the customer service charter objectives could be summarized as the following:

Highlights the goals as far as customer service are.
